Requirements

Your Skills and Experiences:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services, with an increasing focus on transitioning from PHP to Rust.
• Work on database management, migration, and optimization, particularly in moving from MariaDB to PostgreSQL.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and long-term technical decisions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Backend Development: Proficient in PHP and willingness to dive into Rust in the future.
• Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and experience with MariaDB or PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases).
• Paradigms: Experience in TDD, Unit-Tests, Integration-Tests, Code-Coverage
• Professional
  Experience: Proven track record of delivering backend solutions in
  production environments, with 5+ years of experience in similar roles.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience leading migrations from one technology stack to another.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end integration.
• Knowledge of Rust
• Experience with GraphQL
