Home & Co is seeking a versatile Business Analyst (m/f/d) who will support the operational business by conducting thorough analyses, providing clear recommendations, and optimizing processes. This role takes a holistic view across all operational areas of the company.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with various departments to enable data-driven decision-making and continuously drive business improvements.

Aufgaben

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Gather, consolidate, and analyze relevant company data (e.g., processes, productivity, customer satisfaction)
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on data insights
• Create clear and concise dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and other stakeholders

Process Optimization

• Analyze existing operational workflows (e.g., in customer service, production, or finance)
• Develop proposals and concepts to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost savings
• Support and monitor the implementation of new processes or tools in collaboration with the respective departments

Project Support and Coordination

• Contribute to cross-functional projects, from conceptualization to execution
• Align requirements and objectives with relevant departments to ensure smooth collaboration
• Prepare status reports, track project progress, and initiate corrective actions as needed

Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Serve as a liaison between management, various departments, and external partners
• Present analysis results in an understandable manner and derive concrete recommendations for action
• Support decision-making by providing relevant data and scenario analyses

Quality Assurance

• Ensure data sources and analyses meet company standards
• Continuously improve data quality by working closely with other teams (e.g., IT, Controlling)

Qualifikation

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field
• Analytical mindset with experience using common analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of process management and/or project management is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (German and English)
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• Team player: Ability to collaborate and coordinate across various departments
